Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Peaflow AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

• Only record or connect data you have the right to access, and comply with applicable laws — including obtaining any consent required to record meetings.
• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to store unlawful content.
• Do not resell or reverse-engineer the Service.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you and your team submit. You grant Peaflow a limited license to process and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you connect and for having the necessary rights and consents.

4. Integrations

The Service connects to third-party providers (such as Google, Slack, GitHub, and Notion) at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Peaflow is not responsible for their availability or actions.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed per user, per month or year, as shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

6. AI outputs

The Service uses AI to generate summaries, extractions, and answers. These are provided as assistance and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Peaflow does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peaflow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete or return your data on request.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
