Peaflow for recruiters

Interview the candidate,
not your keyboard

Screens and interviews captured in full, so you can compare candidates on what they actually said - and hand the hiring manager the call instead of your paraphrase.

Hiring at volume

Ten screens a week, all blurring together

Notes taken while listening are always the thinnest for the candidate you liked most.

01

Be present for the whole screen

The notetaker joins the call and captures everything, so you can actually listen and probe instead of typing. Afterwards you get the summary and a diarised transcript of who said what.

  • Auto-joins scheduled interviews
  • Diarised transcript - candidate versus panel
  • Summary and follow-ups minutes after the call
02

Compare candidates on evidence

Search across every interview you have recorded. Who mentioned the framework you need? Who flagged a three-month notice period? Recall becomes a query rather than a memory test.

How search works
  • Search across every interview
  • Jump straight to the answer in the call
  • Folders per role or hiring round
03

Hand over the call, not your paraphrase

Share a single interview with the hiring manager by link, at the scope you choose. They hear the candidate directly; they never see the rest of your pipeline.

  • Share one interview by link
  • Notes only, or notes plus transcript and recording
  • Revoke access at any time

A note on consent

Recording an interview carries obligations that vary by country and by state. The notetaker is always visible in the participant list, and Peaflow gives you a per-meeting toggle so you can leave any call off the record - but telling candidates you are recording, and obtaining consent where it is required, is your call to make. FAQ

Questions, answered

Do candidates know the interview is recorded?

Yes. The notetaker joins as a visible participant with its own name and is admitted by the host, so it is never covert. You should still tell candidates you are recording and follow the consent rules that apply where you and they are located.

Can I compare candidates across interviews?

Yes. Every screen is transcribed and indexed, so you can search across all of them - for a specific technology, a salary expectation or a notice period - rather than reading through your notes one by one.

Can I share an interview with the hiring manager?

Yes. Share a single interview by link with the scope you choose. The hiring manager does not need access to the rest of your workspace, and the link can be revoked.
