Zoom AI notetaker

AI notes for every
Zoom meeting

Peaflow joins your Zoom calls, writes the transcript, summary, decisions and action items - then keeps them searchable forever. Works on free and paid Zoom accounts.

Free to start · No credit card · Your first summary in minutes

Two ways in

Join live, or import what Zoom already recorded

Most notetakers only do one. Peaflow does both, which matters when someone forgot to invite the bot.

01

The notetaker joins the call

Connect your calendar and it joins scheduled Zoom meetings by itself. No plugin, no Zoom marketplace app to install, no per-meeting babysitting - it uses the meeting link exactly as a human would.

How the integrations work
  • Auto-joins scheduled Zoom meetings
  • Or paste a link to send it into a call now
  • Appears in the participant list, so nobody is surprised
02

Or Peaflow imports your cloud recordings

Already finished the call without the bot? Connect Zoom and Peaflow pulls your cloud recordings, then transcribes and summarises them the same way. Nothing is lost because someone forgot.

  • Pulls Zoom cloud recordings automatically
  • Same transcript, summary, decisions and tasks
  • Deduplicated, so a call is never processed twice
03

And it remembers all of it

Every Zoom call is indexed. Search across everything you have ever recorded to find a decision, an owner or a moment - without scrubbing a recording.

Why memory beats transcription
  • Full-text and semantic search across all calls
  • Jump from a search hit to that second in the call
  • Push tasks to Jira, recaps to Slack
🔁

Nothing to install in Zoom

No marketplace app, no desktop plugin. Connect a calendar and it works.

🔒

Read-only capture

Peaflow reads your calendar and recordings. Slack is the only integration that ever writes anything.

Per-minute pricing

1 credit = 1 recorded minute. No per-seat tax for people who barely meet.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Does the Peaflow notetaker join Zoom automatically?

Yes. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook and the notetaker joins scheduled Zoom meetings on its own. You can also paste a Zoom link to send it into a call on demand, or let Peaflow import your Zoom cloud recordings after the fact.

Do I need a paid Zoom plan?

No. The notetaker joins with the meeting link like any other participant, so it works on free and paid Zoom accounts. Importing Zoom cloud recordings is the one path that needs cloud recording enabled on your Zoom plan.

Will people know the meeting is being recorded?

Yes. The notetaker appears in the Zoom participant list under its own name, and the host may need to admit it from the waiting room.

What do I get after a Zoom call?

A diarised transcript, a summary, the decisions that were made, and action items with owners and due dates - usually within a few minutes of hanging up.

Never take meeting notes again.

Connect a calendar and your next meeting writes itself up.
